Orders & payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud). Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or approved gateways.

Products

We aim to display colours and products accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.

Shipping

Shipping terms are set out on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns policy and Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, and designs on this site are owned by HS Clothing Aus. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HS Clothing Aus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products.
