30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with original tags attached.
How to return
- Email hello@hsclothingaus.com with your order number
- We’ll send a return authorisation and prepaid label (Australian metro orders)
- Pack items securely and drop off at the nominated carrier
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days — we’ll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked final sale
- Underwear and socks (hygiene)
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
Faulty items
Received something faulty or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days — we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
